How do I place an order?
Ordering from our store is easy! Simply browse the categories or search for specific items you're interested in. Once you've found a product you like, select the size, color, and quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout to finalize your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
We process orders as soon as they're received to ensure timely delivery, so changes or cancellations might not be possible once your order is confirmed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at brandstore@relativityspace.com.
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your delivery location and the products you order. Some products may ship from different vendors, so they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our products are custom manufactured for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double check your sizing with the product’s size chart before ordering. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at brandstore@relativityspace.com.
